Coverage and limitations
The timetable covers only the first and last trains, journey times and average frequency listed on MTR's pages, not every departure time, holiday arrangements or extra trains. Fares cover only the ticket types in the open data. Next trains are MTR estimates, up to four per direction.
Method and calculations
First and last trains and journey times are listed exactly as on MTR's pages. Minutes to the next train are “estimated time − MTR system time”. Trains to AsiaWorld-Expo call at Airport first, so the page marks them “Via Airport” from the MTR's station order. If data cannot be updated for more than 2 minutes, clock times are shown instead.
